Recently on a HOT day my air conditioning unit was out late in the afternoon. I called Perfect Heating and Air ( which I have used for years for service and 2x a year cleaning ), they promptly arrived in about an hour. New unit was needed, nightmare inside, they installed a new unit that night. I went to bed as they said would have AC for us that night. Yes, around 2 am, AC kicked on. These guys who were wonderful, Chris, Jacob, and Noah worked thru the night to get us some cold air. They didn't say, "Oh tomorrow, we can install". They worked thru the night installing a new unit for us. Please consider these great people and a great company!

Justin was our Service Technician. He was professional, polite, and was a very knowledgeable Technician. We were very satisfied with the service Justin provided to ensure our Air-conditioning and heating system were in good working condition. I am kinda late with my review. We bought 2 gas furnaces and air conditioning in 2020.. our neighbors went out same times ours did so he bought one from them and we bought ours from them. We have been very pleased with the service. We get very happy with the unit we got I wouldn’t go to anybody else again. I apologize being late with my review but I had lost both of my parents same time we’re getting the furnaces
